A completed packet for the Millard Business Community Foundation scholarship will include Printed Application, Two (2) letters of recommendation from persons who know you well and Official high school transcript.
Complete this application on line, print it, sign it, and mail with remaining items required to the address provided in the confirmation email you receive once your application is complete.
Reminder: the “We Are All Patriots Scholarship” and “Rich Pahls Memorial Scholarship” are nominated by Millard Public School counselors or teachers.
The above named High School student is applying for the Millard Business Community Foundation Scholarship. The recipient needs to have a moderate level of need, high motivation to succeed, and realistic expectations for him/her. Please address these areas. Each applicant is required to have two letters of recommendation. They must be signed and included when the applicant returns his/her packet. Feel free to return your letter to the student on your own letterhead, if you wish.
