23rd Annual Scholarship Golf Scramble

18 holes of fun scramble golf, prizes, mega putt, and an awards luncheon highlight the 2026 golf scramble.  The event is September 17 at Pacific Spring golf course with a 9 AM shot gun start.

Registration is $130 for individuals or $520 for a team of four.  Proceeds from the golf scramble will support scholarships to seniors from the three Millard Public and Skutt High Schools.

  • September 17. Community Golf Scramble.  18 holes of fun golf scramble, prizes, and lunch at Pacific Springs golf course.

  • Saturday, December 12. Project Wee Care North Pole Family Day. 9 AM to 3 PM. Providing Hope to 300 plus nominated families with food, gifts for all, connections to non profits for ongoing services, and a fun family event.

  • June 28 thru July 24.  Fireworks stand in support of Project Wee Care.  Get your Fireworks at our stand at 14444 W Center Road in the Family Fare parking lot. Proceeds will support Project Wee Care that will provide Hope to more than 300 families during the holidays with food, gifts, and a fun family event.

2026 Millard Business Community Foundaton Planning Team Opportunities

Planning is underway for Project Wee Care 2026 and the Community Golf Scramble.  We are building our teams and looking for volunteers to help us impact our families in 2026.  

* Decorating Team: plan the decorating for the North Pole and then help make the decorating plan a reality. 

* Sponsorships Team: help contact businesses and organizations regarding sponsorships and volunteer opportunities.  

* Organize special events throughout the year (Volunteer Roundup, Diaper Wrapping, food bagging, shopping for gifts, etc.). 

* Serve on Scholarship Golf Scramble committee.

Qualified Charitable Distribution Donations

In case you missed the opportunity to Adopt to Shop or provide financial assistance to Project Wee Care 2025, you still have the opportunity.  The Millard Business Community Foundation accepts Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) donations in support of Project Wee Care.

QCD allows IRA holders, age 70 1/2 or older, to donate to a qualified charity from their Traditional or Roth IRA (including inherited) tax-free.
 
Consult your tax professional to ensure it is in your best interest to complete a QCD and your distribution qualifies.  The Millard Business Community Foundation qualifies as a 501(C)3 charity. Contact your financial advisor to request the QCD be issued from your Traditional or Roth IRA.
