Nebraska Diaper Bank Drive and Volunteer Diaper Wrapping Opportunity
Thank you to our volunteers for wrapping diapers that will be provided to Project Wee Care families with infants under 3 years of age. Volunteers wrapped over 40,000 diapers and donated more than 1400.
If you still wish to donate diapers, you can bring your diapers to the North Pole December 2-5 (Waters Edge Church, 19600 Harrison Street) during our Setup, Gift Intake, Gift Wrapping and Decorating. (December 2 9 AM to noon, December 4 & 5 5 to 8 PM.
Heartland Hope Mission Food Bagging Opportunity
Project Wee Care is partnering with Heartland Hope Mission to provide food to the 345 families expected to be a part of Project Wee Care.

Target Shopping Days, December 4
If you like shopping with other’s peoples’ money, this is the volunteer project for you.
Many of our supporters provide funds for our volunteers to do the shopping. Our first Target Shopping Day is in the books (November 30). Now our final shopping day is Monday, December 4 from 9 AM to noon at the 178th and Center Target.
We’ll provide the information on the kids, you do the shopping, we pay with funds from our supporters.
Project Wee Care North Pole Setup, Gift Intake, Decorating, & Gift Wrapping December 2-5
Volunteers will turn the North Pole into a winter wonderland. Activities include moving tables, decorating the North Pole, checking in gifts from Sponsors that purchased gifts for families, wrapping gifts, and preparing for the December 9 Family Event Day.
North Pole Family Event Day, December 9
Envision 300 plus families descending upon the North Pole (Waters Edge Church, 19600 Harrison street). Families will experience support dogs, photo booth, Santa, crafts, kids picking out gifts for parents/guardians, and connections to important services (food, diapers, mental health, clothing, beds, and more). They will leave with food, gifts for all, diapers, and those ongoing connections. 50 to 60 volunteers are needed for each of the three shifts between 8:30 AM to 3 PM.
